Celebrating Our June Employee of the Month

We have an incredible team here at Associated Heating & Air Conditioning! We celebrate how amazing they are in many ways– including our Employee of the Month Award! At our monthly meeting, a new recipient is awarded by the outgoing titleholder. It’s important to us that the award remains employee-driven, so they can base their decision on their own interactions that happen within the company. This is a fun way to move the title throughout all of the different departments we have at Associated. The Employee of the Month Award is a highlight at our monthly meetings!

We’re thrilled to announce that our Employee of the Month for June is none other than Jason Chambers, our exceptional Lead HVAC Installer. Jason’s dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence make him a standout member of our team. Let’s take a moment to celebrate his achievements and learn more about what makes him so special.

Jason joined our company five years ago, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for the HVAC industry. From the very beginning, he has shown an incredible work ethic and an eagerness to tackle challenges head-on. His journey from an HVAC technician to a lead installer has been marked by continuous learning, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality service.

As a Lead HVAC Installer, Jason is responsible for overseeing the installation of both ducted and ductless heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. His attention to detail is second to none. Whether it’s a complex commercial installation or a routine residential installation, Jason approaches each project with meticulous attention to detail.

We are so excited to celebrate you as our June Employee of the Month, Jason. You embody all of the qualities essential for success in this industry and we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you! We’re so grateful to have you on our team and we value everything you do! Clothing Drive for 4J & Bethel Schools

SPRING CLEAN-OUT YOUR CLOSETS!

At Associated Heating & Air Conditioning, we love to give back to the community we serve in a variety of ways each year! We are so excited to announce that we are hosting a clothing drive for 4J and Bethel School Districts starting next week! Associated Heating & Air Conditioning will collect new and gently used clothing items for ages 0-21 years old in our office from February 12-23, 2024! If you’d like to get involved, there are two ways that you can give back to kids in our community!

10 Days of Giving | Canned Food Drive
