We have an amazing team at Associated Heating & Air Conditioning! We are so proud to celebrate them with our Employee of the Month Award! Last month, we introduced this new award at our monthly meeting. To get it all started, the very first recipient was selected by a vote with our upper management. Going forward, the outgoing title-holder gets to choose who they would like to pass the torch to. Because we want this to be employee-driven, this is a fun way to move the award through different departments.
There are a lot of moving parts throughout our company and it takes everyone involved to make Associated Heating run smoothly each and every day. With so many exchanges happening among different departments, we love the idea of these impactful moments being celebrated through our Employee of the Month Award! We take company culture to heart and the Employee of the Month Award is just one of the many ways we show our appreciation to our incredible team!

As a first point of contact with our customers, their experience with us usually begins with Debbie over the phone. She manages our customer’s requests and emergencies– and then coordinates appointments for our technicians’ service and maintenance calls. Debbie’s role as a Service Dispatcher isn’t merely about assigning tasks; it’s a delicate balance of orchestrating technicians’ schedules with meticulous planning and meeting all of our customers’ expectations and needs.
However, Debbie’s true strength shines when navigating the unexpected twists and turns. She’s not just a dispatcher; she’s a problem solver. Anticipating potential challenges, keeping a watchful eye over an ever-changing schedule, and constantly juggling multiple tasks are the root core of her role with our company. More than that, Debbie’s commitment leaves an indelible mark on the company culture and we love that about her!
