We have the best team at Associated Heating & Air Conditioning! As a way to celebrate them, we launched our Employee of the Month Award. A new recipient is awarded at our monthly meeting by the outgoing title-holder, who gets to choose who they’d like to pass the torch to. This award is employee-driven, which makes it a fun way to move the award throughout different departments within our company.
In order for our company to run smoothly each and every day, it takes various departments and a lot of moving parts. From a full team of technicians and electricians out in the field and our office employees who schedule and dispatch appointments, every department plays a part in our success. Small interactions can have a big impact and we love the idea of celebrating these exchanges through our Employee of the Month Award! Company culture is important to us and this is just one of the ways we show our appreciation to our amazing team!

Kim has been with us since 2021. Throughout her time here, she has proven herself as an absolute asset to our team. Her role as our Install Coordinator involves orchestrating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between our technicians and customers. Kim’s exceptional organization skills and attention to detail have played a pivotal role in ensuring our HVAC installations run smoothly and efficiently. In the end, this only elevates the service we are able to provide to our customers!
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kim is a genuinely caring person who always goes above and beyond. She always makes everyone feel valued and appreciated, which is such an incredible quality.
