Celebrating Our July Employee of the Month
At Associated Heating & Air Conditioning, we are so proud to celebrate the excellence of our amazing team! Last week, we surprised our company with our new Employee of the Month Award at our monthly meeting. This is our way of showing appreciation to our team for all that they do!
The very first recipient was selected by upper management, but going forward, the current Employee of the Month will award the next. This enables our co-workers to pass the torch to different departments and base their decision on experiences and interactions. We recognize that so many positive exchanges happen each and every day that are often unseen. These small moments can carry a big impact on our team and we want to shine a spotlight on all of the amazing things happening here!

“Darius was efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem with my AC and furnace not responding to the thermostat. After everything was completed he explained what he did and noted everything in a service log. It was awesome to find out that the repair was under warranty. He was also able to look up my last maintenance date for my reference. He was personable and took a moment to interact with my puppy who is learning how to greet new people.”

“Darius arrived and worked efficiently to diagnose our problem. He did not do needless steps on this service appointment and did everything he could until our follow up appointment.
