Associated Heating and Air Conditioning guarantees that throughout the first year of ownership of a new HVAC System purchased from Associated Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.; if that for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our equipment, our personnel and service, we will remove the HVAC unit within a 30 day period of your request and refund the entire amount of your purchase.

Service:
If you are not 100% satisfied in the service provided by Associated Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., we will simply refund the entire amount of your invoice.  This means if one of our service technicians does not wear medical shoe covers, leaves your home without cleaning up behind themselves, swear or act unprofessionally in your home, you do not pay for any of the service.

Replacement:
Associated Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. will guarantee that any and all equipment installed in your home will perform as we have promised.  If the HVAC system does not perform according to your satisfaction, we will remove the system and return the entire amount of your purchase.

Repair:
Associated Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. will guarantee that any and all repairs of your equipment will be done correctly and done right the first time or the repair is free.  If the repair work Associated Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. fails during the season, we will repair it again at no charge.  More specific repairs are guaranteed for a period of two years.  If that repair fails it is also free.

No “Lemon” Guarantee

When Associated Heating and Air Conditioning installs a new heating or cooling system in your home, and the system is operated in accordance to the Manufacturer’s operating and maintenance guidelines, and Associated Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. maintains the system annually, our No “Lemon” Guarantee will provide you with protection in the event of the following during the first five years of ownership or ten years of premium systems:

• Furnace Heat Exchange Cracks
• Boiler Sections Spring a Leak
• Air Conditioner’s Condenser Fails

In the event that any of the above mentioned events occur to your system; Associated Heating and Air Conditioning will replace your entire boiler, furnace, or condensing unit with a new one within a 48 hour period of our diagnosis at no charge to you.

“If at any time during the first year of installation, you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service or even our people, we will, within 30 days of your request, remove the system and cheerfully refund the entire amount of the contract.”
